This Privacy Policy explains how LittleForest ("we", "our", "us") handles your personal information when you use our applications ("Apps") and website located at https://l-forest.com ("Site").

By using our Apps or Site, you agree to the practices outlined in this Policy.

This Policy applies to our Apps that do not display advertising. Apps that display advertising or use advertising-based analytics are governed by a separate policy linked from those Apps.

Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information unless you explicitly provide it to us, or unless it is required for a feature you choose to use (such as cloud sync or subscriptions; see below).

We may collect:

Contact information such as your name or email address, only if you send us a message through a contact form or email.
Minimal technical information, such as anonymous crash reports, only if provided by the operating system or app store for diagnostic purposes.

We do not display advertisements, run third-party analytics tools, or use cookies in our Apps or Site. The third-party services that an App relies on to deliver features you opt into are listed in the "Cloud Sync" and "Subscriptions" sections below.

How We Use Your Information

Any information you provide is used solely to:

Respond to inquiries
Improve the performance and stability of the Apps and Site
Deliver features you actively use, such as cloud sync and subscription entitlements

We do not use your data for marketing or tracking purposes.

Cloud Sync (Google Drive / iCloud)

Some of our Apps allow you to sync your files to your own cloud storage. This feature is optional and only activates after you sign in.

Google Drive

When you enable Google Drive sync, the App requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file OAuth scope. This scope grants the App access only to the files it creates or that you explicitly open from within the App. It does not grant access to any other files in your Google Drive.

The App does not transmit the contents of these files to the developer's servers or share them with third parties. Files remain in your own Google Drive account.

Use of information received from Google APIs, and any transfer of such information to other apps, will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can review or revoke the App's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

iCloud

On iOS, files may be synced through iCloud Drive when iCloud sync is enabled. Files are stored in your own iCloud account and are not accessible to us. iCloud is operated by Apple and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some of our Apps offer optional paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

On iOS, payments are processed through Apple's App Store billing system.
On Android, payments are processed through Google Play's billing system.

The developer does not directly collect or store your payment information, such as credit card numbers. Apple and Google handle the entire payment process under their own terms and privacy policies (see Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy).

To validate purchases and manage subscription status across your devices, we use RevenueCat, a subscription management service. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier and the purchase receipt issued by the App Store or Google Play. It does not receive your name, email address, or payment information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
We may share limited technical information only when required by law or to maintain our services.

The third-party services listed under "Cloud Sync" and "Subscriptions" only receive the data described in those sections, and only when you actively use those features.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no internet-based system is entirely secure.

Children’s Privacy

Our Apps and Site are not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

You may request to access, correct, or delete any personal information you have provided by contacting us at:

For data stored in your own Google Drive or iCloud account, you can manage or delete it directly through those services.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Apps or Site constitutes your acceptance.
